This policy explains how ARFL REALTY FIRST ("we", "us") handles personal information collected through this website. We are an independent real estate advisor. We are not the developer of Hiranandani Sands.
What we collect
- Details you enter in the enquiry form: name, phone or WhatsApp number, email (optional), interest, size or configuration, request type and message.
- The page you enquired from, and campaign labels from the link you came through (for example utm_source). If you accept cookies, we may also record advertising click identifiers.
- Basic technical information such as your IP address, which we use for security and to limit repeat submissions.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and share the information you asked for.
- To arrange a site visit if you ask for one.
- To keep the website secure and prevent misuse.
- To measure how our website and advertising perform, but only if you accept optional cookies.
Who sees it
Your enquiry is stored on our server and sent to our team by email. We may share your enquiry details with the developer or its authorised representatives where this is needed to answer your request. We do not sell your data. We use service providers for hosting and email.
Cookies and tags
Optional analytics and advertising tags (Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel) load only if you accept. If you reject, they do not load and you can still send an enquiry. You can change your choice at any time using "Cookie settings" in the footer.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records only as long as needed to deal with your request and for our legal and business records, and then delete or anonymise them.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you. Write to info@arfl.in. We handle personal data in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Payments
We do not collect booking amounts or payments through this website. Please do not send bank or card details in the form or by email.
