Coral Reserve is a plotted development inside the Hiranandani Sands township. You buy the plot and plan your villa later.
The layout shows wide internal roads and seven landscaped greens placed between plot clusters. The developer's brochure also mentions optional support for building: approved contractor options, liaisoning for approvals, and maintenance and rental management by a branded service provider after construction. These are described as help from the developer, not as part of the plot price. Villa construction is not included.

What is the starting price?
The developer's indicative rate sheet starts at ₹2.49 Cr for plots of 1,450 to 1,500 sq ft. These prices are indicative. Please ask for the latest cost sheet before you decide.
Does the plot price include a villa?
No. The price is for the plot. The developer's brochure mentions optional help with approved contractors and liaisoning for building a villa. Construction cost is separate.
What else will I pay besides the plot price?

Are plots available in every size?
